Electronic Arts has just presented the first trailer and one of the covers of EA Sports FC 24, the new installment of its popular soccer simulator, which this year leaves the FIFA brand after not renewing its agreement with the sports federation.

The first video of EA Sports FC 24 does not show gameplay images, but it is made with the same graphics engine as the game. Another detail that the trailer hints at is that, once again, the title will once again have one of its strengths in the official player licenses.
The North American publisher has announced that a more extended version of the first trailer for EA Sports FC 24 will be published on July 13. Surely, that day will also announce the news of this new installment and the changes that this historic change has brought branded.
As can also be seen in the video, all the graphics of the new EA Sports FC brand fully coincide with the new visual identity of LaLiga, since from this 2022-23 season the Electronic Arts game is the official sponsor of the Spanish competition soccer.
A cover that does not convince

Along with the first trailer, one of the covers with which EA Sports FC 24 will hit stores has also been released. The cover belongs to the Ultimate Edition and shows around thirty current stars and from all eras, such as Erling Haaland, Alexia Putellas, Federico Chiesa, Sam Kerr, Ronadinho or Johan Cruyff.
Judging by the first reactions on social networks, the cover is not being liked by everyone. The strange appearance of some faces is the jarring element, especially considering that some players are hardly recognizable.
EA Sports FC 24 still does not have a release date, nor announced platforms. Although, it would not be unreasonable to think that the game will go on sale around September, as usual in the series, and that the available platforms will be PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC.
