Spotify has launched this Wednesday the Spotify Wrapped 2022, a personal summary of everything listened to by each user during the first ten months of the year. This feature is only available for the mobile app, both on iOS and Android, and cannot be accessed through the desktop app.
The app launches a message -in the form of a mobile notification- to users so they can view their annual summary. In the case of not receiving any notification, you can find all the listening statistics and musical preferences in the Spotify Wrapped banner inside the application. And finally, you can also access it through the official website and download the application.
The Wrapped, in the form of Instagram stories, is based on ten presentations with different statistics and musical tastes that the application has been collecting throughout the year.
Ten presentations with different statistics and musical tastes
The first story is by way of presentation, with the motto: “Let’s stop so much 2022. Let’s talk about you. We welcome you to your Wrapped”. In the second, we are presented with the five most listened to musical genres during the year. Moving forward in the summary, the number of total minutes in which you have been listening to any of the songs or audios of the application is presented.

Already in the fourth story you can know which has been the most listened to song in recent months. Very similar is the fifth, where the five most listened to songs are presented. In the sixth, there is the possibility of adding a playlist with the 100 most played songs of the year to the app’s library.
Study on musical personality according to all the statistics
The seventh presentation is dedicated to the favorite artist during the year. The eighth is very similar to the fifth, this time the five most listened to artists are presented. The penultimate story is one of the most interesting, the application does a study on the musical personality according to all the statistics collected. The last slide concludes the Wrapped and offers the possibility of being able to share the summary with different styles.
