Six people were arrested accused of being part of a criminal gang that committed at least three entrances between June and September to houses in which they stole jewelry, money and valuables and they managed to be discovered after the investigators placed a satellite tracker in one of the cars in which the organization moved and that they used to carry out the assaults.
Police and judicial sources assured that one of the members of the gang is a man nicknamed “El Chuli” who is detained in the Ezeiza prison and that, it is suspected that from his cell, he coordinated with the other members of the organization the robberies and the division of the money and the jewels that they stole.

The arrests were made in the last few hours by personnel from the Robbery and Theft Division of the City Police after four months of investigation and the six people arrested were made available to Criminal and Correctional Judge 4, Martín Yadarola.
According to the researchers, The investigation originated as a result of a robbery that occurred on June 16 in a house on Calle Ciudad de la Paz at 3100, in Núñez, where a man, his wife and his son were surprised by four men who handcuffed them.n, they were gagged, beaten and robbed of about 9,000 dollars that they had as savings.
After completing the assault, the criminals fled in a gray Renault Megane, which was filmed on some cameras of security.
After a series of investigations, the police personnel managed to establish that this vehicle was parked in a garage in the neighborhood of La Bocawho had a license plate for another car that had been stolen months earlier and was in the name of a man with a history of theft.

Police and judicial sources managed to establish that the same car was later used to carry out two other robberies., one of them on August 12 in a house in the Recoleta neighborhood; and another on September 23 in a house located on Diagonal 75, between 19 and 20 streets, in the city of La Plata, where an elderly couple aged 87 and 85 were victims.
With the data obtained through security cameras and through telephone tapping, investigations were able to identify eight suspectson whom Judge Yadarola ordered their arrest.

Among the detainees is the alleged head of the organization, named Martín, and also one of its main members, a man called Federico Horacio Chuliver, nicknamed “El Chuli”who was serving a sentence of 31 years in prison for four aggravated extortive kidnappings and an attempted murder and who is housed in Pavilion “F” of the Ezeiza Penitentiary Complex I.
To achieve the arrest of the suspects, the judge ordered 14 raids, in which the police seized several of the cars used in the events, clothing similar to that of the police, weapons, cell phones, and money and jewelry that were allegedly part of the stolen loot. in the different facts that are imputed to them.
According to police sources, one of the procedures was carried out at the home in the town of Sarandí, on 1500 Prudan Street, where one of the gang’s leaders, who was in charge of logistics, was arrested, seizing money in cash, silverware, a suitcase containing stolen items, and an Alfa Romeo Giulietta car, as well as various keys to other vehicles.
In the same town but at 2500 Comodoro Rivadavia Street, another of the defendants was arrested, from whom a Peugeot 208 car was seized.
Another of the suspects, according to the police, was apprehended in an apartment on 3300 Terrada Street, in San Justo, La Matanza district, where six high-end imported watches and two cell phones were seized.
Another member of the gang, who would be in charge of guarding weapons, was arrested in Suárez 100, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of La Boca, where a revolver, a pistol and some two hundred bullet cartridges and a handy were seized. , as well as several sets of house keys, cell phones and a car, also a Peugeot 208.
In Hernandarias 246, also in La Boca, the officers seized a Pietro Beretta pistol with a magazine with two ammunition, and a Citroën Aircross, five computers and three cell phones, while in an apartment of a building in Cullen at 5300, in Villa Urquiza , three imported watches, chains, bracelets, gold rings, 1,450 dollars, 62 thousand pesos, two cell phones and a tablet were found.
