Patricia Bullrich with Gerardo Milman.
One of the secretaries of the representative of Together for Change (JxC) Gerardo Milman declared before the Justice that the deletion of information contained in his cell phone occurred in some offices that he attributed to the reference of the PRO Patricia Bullrichand that the event would have occurred with the intervention of the legislator himself whose last name gives its name to one of the leads being investigated in the cause of the attempted murder of Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
Setrat de Ivan Bohdziewiczone of Milman’s former collaborators in Congress, apparently fired at the beginning of this year, and who was with him on August 30 at the Casablanca bar when a witness in the case heard him say -as he later declared in the file- ” When they kill her, I’ll be on my way to the coast.”
Bohdziewicz had advanced days before the Justice the intention to expand his testimonial statement and they had set a date for May 10but on Friday she appeared spontaneously in the federal courts of Comodoro Py accompanied by a lawyer “expressing his intention to give a testimonial statement on this Sunday, by virtue of having received pressure”as recorded in a record of the file to which Télam had access.
The statement was made before the prosecutor Alejandra Mangano -and not before Carlos Rivolo because he was on leave-, it lasted two hours and Bohdziewicz left around 3:00 p.m., accompanied by the lawyer who was waiting for her in the corridor, without making statements to this agency. .
Despite the fact that the witness statement had not been uploaded to the system until this Sunday morning, so the details were not revealed, Télam was able to reconstruct from secure sources that Milman’s former secretary appeared to tell that the deletion of the contents of her cell phone was done by “an expert” allegedly facilitated by Milman in offices that he attributed to Bullrich.
Milman’s secretary said he had a hand in deleting the contents of her cell phone.
She said that it was in the presence of the deputy and that the pressure that led her to advance her new testimony would have come from her former partner Carolina Gómez Mónaco, also involved in the case, to whom she blamed the idea of deleting the content of her messages at the time. telephones to preserve their privacy and to do so in the indicated offices.
Between the day he appeared to request the testimonial extension -the last week of April- and last Friday, when he spontaneously attended the federal courts of Comodoro Py, Gómez Mónaco would have contacted her again, after many months, interested in knowing what she had to tell the Justice: that appearance was considered by Bohdziewicz as a pressure mechanism, according to what he said.
The deletion of the information from his cell phone, he said, occurred together with that of Gómez Mónaco’s phones and that of Milman himself. in an office located on Avenida de Mayo at 900, as this agency was able to reconstruct.
The event would have happened last Novemberafter the first testimonial statement that both Bohdziewicz and Gómez Mónaco gave and when they were already aware that there was a possibility -because it was under debate- that their cell phones would be kidnapped or claimed.
In the first testimony, The vice president’s complaint, headed by lawyers Marcos Aldazabal and José Manuel Ubeira, had requested that their phones be seized, but the measure was rejected by Judge María Eugenia Capuchetti: the issue was under discussion and some time later it was authorized by the Federal Chamber of Buenos Aires.
The deletion of the information on his cell phone occurred along with that of Gómez Mónaco’s phones and that of Milman himself.
The witness “did not refer” now that “Information related to the attempted attack on the vice president would have been erased” Instead, he again referred to information related to his privacy, although he added that the deletion included labor content, indicated the sources consulted, who highlighted that, if the maneuver is verified in the terms in which it was reported, it could be a hypothesis of cover-up. or tampering with the evidence.
When they declared last December 1, Prosecutor Rivolo had asked Bohdziewicz if she had conversations with Milman on her cell phone, to which she had replied: “Yes, about work issues. But I want to clarify that I deleted them. Both the messages and the photos, because I felt that my privacy could be violated if they asked me for my phone number. I deleted everything because there was no possibility of selecting only a few things and I had photos compromising intimates of mine. That’s why I took advice “.
“In any case, I want to clarify that I never spoke of anything related to the attack on the vice president in terms of criminal participation in it. Yes, we have talked about the issue of the attack, from the point of view of what was heard in the media,” he continued when testifying as a witness last year.
