{"id":6213,"date":"2023-03-13T14:16:54","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T14:16:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esc.org.uk\/?p=6213"},"modified":"2023-03-13T14:16:54","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T14:16:54","slug":"final-result-maria-emilia-soria-was-re-elected-in-general-roca-with-34903-votes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esc.org.uk\/?p=6213","title":{"rendered":"Final result: Mar\u00eda Emilia Soria was re-elected in General Roca with 34,903 votes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/esc.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Final-result-Maria-Emilia-Soria-was-re-elected-in-General-Roca.jpg\" class=\" lazy \" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" alt=\"The celebration of the re-elected mayor Photo David Snchez \"\/>  The celebration of the re-elected mayor \/ Photo: David S\u00e1nchez.  <br \/> The mayor of General Roca, Mar\u00eda Emilia Soria, was re-elected in that city with 34,903 votes in favor of the 58,600 votes counted, reported the Electoral Board of that Rio Negro district.<\/p>\n<p>According to official data, a total of 58,600 votes were counted at the 245 polling stations, 69.4% of the list of 84,494 people authorized to elect mayor, councilors and members of the municipal Court of Accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Of the 6 candidates and the 11 official lists, and with 100% of the polling stations, it was reported that the list 368 &#8220;Pasi\u00f3n por Roca&#8221;, from Mayor Soria, obtained 34,903 votes, 59.56% of the total polled.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/esc.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678717014_791_Final-result-Maria-Emilia-Soria-was-re-elected-in-General-Roca.jpg\" class=\" lazy \" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" alt=\"The re-elected mayor of General Roca together with the President of the Nation Presidency Photo\"\/>  The re-elected mayor of General Roca together with the President of the Nation \/ Photo: Presidency <\/p>\n<p>List 169 of the official provincial party &#8220;Together We Are R\u00edo Negro&#8221; (JSRN), which promoted Carlos Banacloy, achieved 13,089 votes, 9.86%;  the 429 &#8220;Cambia Roca&#8221;, headed by Gast\u00f3n Soto, another 4,637 votes, 7.91%, and the 215 of &#8220;Popular Unity&#8221;, 2,076 votes, 3.54%.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, list 425 of the &#8220;Unidad Workers&#8217; Left Front&#8221; got 1,079 votes -1.84%- and &#8220;MAS&#8221; 165 got 592 votes- 1.01% of the total.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/esc.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678717014_492_Final-result-Maria-Emilia-Soria-was-re-elected-in-General-Roca.jpg\" class=\" lazy \" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" alt=\"Photo David Sanchez \"\/>  Photo: David Sanchez. <\/p>\n<p>For its part, collector list 153 of the &#8220;Movimiento Popular Patagonico&#8221; reached 4.74%, list 3 of the &#8220;UCR&#8221; got 3.29%, list 207 of &#8220;Redes&#8221; another 1.59% and payroll 206, of the &#8220;MaD&#8221;, 1.35%.<\/p>\n<p>The blank votes were 693, 1.18%;  the appealed 181, 0.31%;  the contested ones 7, 0.01%, and the null ones 1,343, that is, 2.29%.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the Deliberative Council will be integrated by &#8220;Pasi\u00f3n por Roca&#8221; with seven seats and by JSRN with one seat.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/esc.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678717014_738_Final-result-Maria-Emilia-Soria-was-re-elected-in-General-Roca.jpg\" class=\" lazy \" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" alt=\"Photo David Sanchez \"\/>  Photo: David Sanchez. <\/p>\n<p>The local Court of Accounts will be made up of the three places obtained by the winning list.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\">The congrats<\/h2>\n<p>President Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez used his Twitter account to congratulate the winner.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Congratulations @MaEmiliaSoria for this great victory in our beloved General Roca!
